2nd Thursday: The focus is family fun – tune-ups, rides, playgrounds, and skills courses for all ages.

3rd Thursday: The focus is confidence building – commuter skills, route planning, gear talks, and more to get you on your bike.

4th Thursday: The focus is discovery rides – visit parks, galleries, new trails, gardens, and possibly buttertarts by bike.

Please register for Bike Night workshops below. Some workshops have a limited number of spaces available and fill up quickly. If a workshop you were interested in is full, send us a quick email and we will let you know if a space opens up or another workshop is added.

All courses are taught by experienced Cycling Instructors and/or Bicycle Mechanics from B!KE & GreenUP, and special guests.

SPECIAL Solstice Glow Ride

Join B!KE for a summer solstice glow ride. Celebrate the shortest night of the year with a Glow Ride!

This will be the longest loop we have taken a glow ride on: from downtown we will take the Trans Canada Trail to the Parkway Trail, The Parkway trail and Water Street up to Trent, and the Rotary Trail back downtwon. The past few Glow Rides show us that areas wthout street lights are just lovely to really see the bicycles all lit up!

Some LED lights available to borrow from B!KE. Lots of great options online or at local stores such as Home Hardware, Dollarama, and Michaels. White front light and red tail light required. Bike decorating from 9pm till 10:30pm (it takes longer than you think!).

Ride leaves from the alley behind B!KE at 10:30. Loop should take approximately 1.5 hours. Helmets strongly encouraged. All riders are asked to stay between the ride leader and the sweep.

Thursday June 22, 2017 | 9pm-12:30am | @ B!KE (no limit, but please register so that we can send you route info, and ensure we have enough ride marshals)
