Grade 8 Transit Quest

Grade 8 Transit Quest

Posted: March 6, 2014

Grade 8 students in the city of Peterborough were all provided with a free two-week Transit Pass this week from Active and Safe Routes to School Peterborough.

The Grade 8 Transit Quest offers students free access to the Transit System from March 7th through March 23rd, allowing them to explore their city while practicing an important life skill – navigating a transit system. It is a skill that will be very useful as they enter high school, start part-time jobs, travel to other cities, and go on to post-secondary education.

The Quest Pass also offers participants discounted admission to six local destinations including, the Bowlerama, Zap Attack Laser Tag, Busy Brushes Pottery Painting, the YMCA, Trent Athletics and the Peterborough Sport and Wellness Centre. ASRTS Peterborough would like to give a big thank you to each of these community supporters!

Have a great March Break Peterborough!
